ACCU-CHILL LX Cryogenic Chilling Solution
Bottom Chilling at the Top of Its Game

Addressing Today’s Food Processing Challenges
Food processing companies specialized in blended or ground products are challenged to maintain consistently uniform temperature during mixing and between batches - despite frequently changing conditions. In addition to growing efficiency and cost pressures, they also need to meet rising consumer expectations around food quality and comply with strict hygiene standards.
Conventional chilling methods come with a number of downsides. These include compromises to efficiency with longer chilling times, the formation of hot and cold spots, longer mixing times, poor temperature control with batch-to-batch inconsistencies, and additional capital expenditure.
A long-standing pioneer in food freezing and chilling, we have developed an answer to the temperature control challenge during blending - our ACCU-CHILL LX cryogenic chilling solution. With an installed base of 600+ ACCU-CHILL systems worldwide, the market success of this chilling system reflects our decades of experience in food freezing and chilling.
How Does It Work?
ACCU-CHILL LX is a patented cryogenic chilling solution designed to deliver precise temperature control during mixing or blending. Using liquid nitrogen (LIN) or liquid carbon dioxide (LIC) as a refrigerant, the system enables efficient heat transfer and uniform chilling through seamless integration with mixing equipment. This results in fast, consistent cooling, reducing temperature variances and enhancing product quality across a wide range of food products, from proteins and pastes to liquids and powders.
