Gases for Temperature Control During Distribution
Keeping Dairy Products Fresh - Right up to the Point of Sale
Uninterrupted Supply of Cooling Power
Freshly produced dairy products such as cheese, yoghurt and cream are at risk of microbial growth and rancidity the moment they leave your processing plant. Our cryogenic refrigeration solutions for distribution can help maintain the quality and texture of your milk-based products through precise temperature control. Relative to conventional mechanical systems, our eco-friendly systems also offer carbon footprint, noise, cost-efficiency and ease-of-service benefits.
Our distribution solutions use cryogenic refrigerants such as liquid nitrogen (LIN) or liquid carbon dioxide (LIC). We also offer carbon dioxide snow (CO2 snow). Also known as dry ice, this is made by reducing the pressure and temperature of liquid CO2 till it converts into a clean, white snow. This snow can then be compressed under high pressure to form blocks, slices and pellets.
Because dry ice has no taste or smell, is non-poisonous and non-flammable, it is an ideal and highly effective cooling and freezing agent for sensitive dairy produce. As one of the leading suppliers of dry ice, we offer a range of flexible, one-stop solutions that leverage the cooling power of CO2 snow for the refrigeration of dairy goods in transit. Our dispensing devices are available in a wide range of sizes and types, so there is a snow delivery system to meet your needs.
All of our dry ice products and services comply with the latest HACCP rules and regulations and we are gradually moving towards more environmentally aware packaging options.
